System CWS Harvest
CRARY WIND SYSTEM
The Crary Wind System (CWS) is an assisted air system, used in harvesters to improve harvesting efficiency and reduce losses on the cutter bar by up to 80%, in addition to considerably increasing work yield, with more hectares harvested per day.
The CWS prevents grain losses at harvest time, particularly on the cutter bar.
How it works
A powerful fan generates a constant flow of air over the cutter bar through a pipe, blowing cut plants, pods, branches and grains into the deck feeder and into the harvester before they can be lost. It is installed on snail or drapper platforms, of all brands and sizes.
With the Crary Wind System installed on the combine:
· Improves head feeding, reduces grain and pod losses.
· It allows you to increase the harvest speed by up to 20%.
· With grain recovery, kg/ha increase considerably
. Uniform and continuous flow of the cut plants in the machine's threshing system, improving the separation of grains by the screeds, even reducing losses in threshing.
· It is an investment with a high and fast return.
